At Sambrini Studio, we carefully craft each item with love and attention. Here’s what to expect when your order leaves our studio in North Hykeham, Lincoln, UK.

Processing Times

• Standard items: shipped within 1-2 business days.

• Made-to-order or personalised items: please allow up to 1 month for creation, depending on material availability and production time.

Shipping

We ship within the United Kingdom only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your items’ size and weight.

Carrier & Tracking

All orders are sent via Royal Mail, with tracking provided. You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.

Delivery Estimates

Most UK deliveries arrive within 2-5 business days after dispatch. Please note that delays may occur due to peak periods, postal service issues, or events beyond our control.

Fragile & Special Packaging

Some of our pieces are delicate or have special packaging requirements. These items will be carefully packaged and marked as Fragile to ensure they arrive safely.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for packages delivered to the wrong address if provided incorrectly.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged, contact us at sam@sambrinistudio.com. We will work with Royal Mail to resolve the issue.
