Sambrini Studio operates this website and online store, along with associated services, features, information, tools and products (the “Services”). Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which enables us to provide our Services to you.

We make every effort to display and describe our handmade products accurately. However, due to the handmade nature of our goods, natural variations may occur. Colours and textures may differ depending on your device display settings.

We do not warrant that any product will meet your particular expectations. All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We may limit quantities and may discontinue products at our discretion.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject any order at our discretion. An order is accepted only when we send an order confirmation.

Please check your order carefully before submitting. We may not be able to modify or cancel an order once accepted.

If we cannot accept, need to amend, or must cancel your order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details you provided.

Your purchases are subject to our Refund & Returns Policy, which complies with applicable UK consumer rights.

You confirm that your purchases are for personal use only and not for resale.

Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Once handed to the carrier, ownership and risk pass to you.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Sambrini Studio is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online store. All purchases made through our store are contracts between you and Sambrini Studio only.

Shopify is not responsible for any sales, transactions, products, or disputes between you and Sambrini Studio. You expressly release Shopify from all liability connected with your purchases.
